Meet our CEO and founder:
Tamara Berrington

Tamara is a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years’ experience in the UK and UAE. After enjoying a very successful career in education with the GEMS group, she joined the Ministry of Education and most recently, the Emirates Schools Establishment. It was here where she gained extensive experience working as a Training Specialist and established a proven track record in project management and roll out of Ministry of Education initiatives.

Tamara uses her passion for lifelong learning to design and deliver a range of learning solutions which enable individuals and teams to improve performance and achieve goals. By utilising her in-depth knowledge of training evaluation methods, she ensures a high return on investment for the clients she works with.

Tamara is particularly passionate about Employee Wellbeing and Mental Health and is a certified Wellbeing and Resilience Coach. She is an accredited WRAW® Master Practitioner and Facilitator, the only one in the region, arming her with the knowledge and expertise to support organisations with their Wellbeing Strategy. She also has an MA in Leadership and Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
