Welcome to www.tamkeentraining.me the website of Tamkeen Training. These Terms and Conditions govern your visit and use of the website and its services. These form a binding agreement between the website and yourself. These Terms and Conditions shall form part of the contract between “the Client” and Tamkeen Training FZ-LLC “the Provider” for the supply of professional development services.

Any booking is subject to agreement with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these and our Privacy Policy carefully:

1. Website Description and Access

This website provides access to information on a variety of courses and Personal Development services offered by the Provider. The website may be accessed on a mobile, tablet, laptop, computer, smart devices, and other application program interfaces. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: a. access and use the website solely in connection with its indicated use; and b. access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the website, in each case solely for your personal use. Any right which is not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions, is reserved by us. The license we grant you prevents you to download or modify any content, or any portion of it, except with prior written consent from the Provider. The license does not include any use of robots, data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, duplicate, resell or transfer content of the website for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Provider. You hold responsibility to be fully aware of the laws that govern your relationship with the website.

2. Bookings


The Client can request further information or a quotation for any service via the TAMKEEN TRAINING website, by telephone or email.

Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Upon acceptance of the quotation, a Service Agreement will be issued. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

This is a binding contractual agreement between you (the Client) and Tamkeen Training (the Provider). A provisional booking will be made upon signature and return of the Service Agreement along with an invoice which must be paid within 5 days.

Bookings are not secure until payment is received. Once funds have cleared a receipt and confirmation email will be sent to the Client. If they do not receive a confirmation email, they must inform the Provider on +971506263929 or email info@tamkeentraining.me

3. Fees


The total investment price quoted is the fixed rate for delivery of a course and/or the WRAW® service and is set out in The Service Agreement. Prices quoted are for 2-16 delegates. For more delegates prices will increase. Contact the Provider for further details. Only delegates from the Client’s company are permitted to attend courses and those whose details have been shared with Tamkeen Training. A Client may substitute another delegate at no extra charge however must inform the Provider before training commences.

The daily rate includes:

  • Initial meetings with client to conduct Needs Analysis and discuss requirements
  • Creating and preparing the course content specific to clients’ needs
  • Designing the presentation and training materials
  • Rehearsing the presentation
  • Planning group activities
  • Preparing and printing handouts and activities (and any associated costs)
  • Travel time and costs (to and from venue)
  • Setting up the training room
  • Facilitating the workshop Clearing up after the workshop
  • Follow-up feedback and documented evaluation of workshop

The course fees include all training materials. They do not include refreshments and lunch, which is the sole responsibility of the Client. WRAW® pricing remains fixed as per quotation. Any discounts given are at our discretion and apply at the time of booking only.

4. Payments and Invoicing


Full payment is due upon signing of the Service Agreement.

Payments are processed via bank transfer, details of which can be found on the invoice.

Bookings are not secure until payment has been made.

5. Refunds


Preparation for a service begins immediately after the Service Agreement has been signed. All courses are tailored to suit the client’s organisation and involve significant time and resources.

For this reason, all course payments are non-refundable.

Bookings for WRAW® psychometric testing, and/or assessments and workshops utilising the survey are non-refundable.

Once a psychometric test has been purchased and the Client’s order has been processed by the Provider, they are unable to refund the cost to the Client, should any employee be unable to complete the assessment or attend a workshop.

6. Cancellations


Any form of non-attendance on the day of the course or WRAW® service is considered a cancellation and course fees will still apply in full.

If the Client wishes to cancel their booking a cancellation penalty fee of 50% of the course investment will be applicable if notice is given 28 days prior to the agreed delivery date. Cancellations made after this will not be eligible for a partial refund.

The Client must allow 15 days for funds to be credited to their account.

7. Rescheduling


Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge at the discretion of the Provider. Any requests to reschedule a booking less than 7 days before the scheduled date will be subject to a 25% penalty fee to cover costs incurred due to loss of business.

The Provider will endeavor to accommodate a client’s preferred alternative date however this is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the provider’s schedule.

8. Cancellations made by the Provider


The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such incidences any fees paid by the client will be refunded in full or they can transfer to another date at no extra charge, as per their preference.

9. Force Majeure Clause


The Provider and Client are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

10. Changes


The Provider reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the content of any of its courses and services at any time without notice, including amending course fees.

11. Information Disclosure


The Client will disclose (Training Request Form) to the Provider all information which is necessary for the satisfactory running and completion of the assignment or which, in the reasonable opinion of the Provider, is relevant to the Service Agreement.

The Client represents that, to the best of their ability and in good faith, all information disclosed to the Provider is accurate and that any written materials supplied may be used as part of the assignment without breach of any third-party copyright.

 Information concerning the Client and the Client’s business will not be disclosed by the Provider to any third party without the Client’s written consent, unless otherwise required by law, a Court of competent jurisdiction or by governmental or regulatory authority in the UAE.

12. Client’s Responsibility


The Client will provide an appropriate venue for the event and supply the agreed equipment and AV requirements (as listed in Appendix A of Service Agreement)

The Client will provide administrative assistance to the Provider limited to:

  • Advance distribution to delegates, by electronic means, of course workbook. Delegates must bring this with them to the event in either soft or hard copy format for completing activities/note taking during the course. Prepared by the Provider and emailed to the Client’s POC.
  • Post course evaluation survey to be emailed to delegates. Prepared by the Provider and emailed to the Client’s POC to distribute.
  • Distribution of soft copy of Certificates of Completion to delegates. These will be prepared by the Provider and emailed to the Client’s POC.

13. Restricted use of Materials


All proprietary training materials including PowerPoint slides and bespoke exercises used by the Provider during the provision of the service may not be reproduced, re-used, rebranded, or otherwise redistributed in any format by the client without the prior written consent of the Provider. Such materials are covered by Tamkeen Training copyright.

14. Ownership


The Client shall own the deliverables of the assignment, which shall not include any proprietary products or methods that the Provider may use in the course of the assignment. The Provider may retain copies of feedback data for quality assurance purposes.

15. Privacy


The Provider abides by a strict Privacy Policy which can be found on the company website. The Privacy Policy details how they collect, use, and store personal data in line with the UAE Data Protection Law.

16. Satisfaction Guarantee


The Provider undertakes to exercise due care in the provision of the service in accordance with applicable professional standards. The Provider’s objective is to provide a high-quality professional service that fully meets the Client’s expectations and requirements.

If the client is not completely happy with the service, they must speak to the facilitator on the day and email the Provider as soon as possible.
